• I do not allow my art to be used for AI or NFT purposes under any circumstance (including coloring or other AI alterations)
• If you have any questions, please contact me.Me(The Artist):•I reserve the right to turn down any commission or commissioner I don’t feel comfortable with for any reason.•I reserve the right to include any commission done in any sense I choose. I retain all copyrights over my work.•I don't offer private commissions. If you would like full control over where your commission is posted, you must purchase full rights for the commissioned artwork for triple the price.(Ex. a $50 commission would be $150 total for full rights)I will however, make your username anonymous upon request!•I only produce work that is my own. I will not duplicate or attempt to reproduce another artists style.•I reserve the right to cancel a commission (with a suitable refund) due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in clear/effective English, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.• I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project.You(The Client):•You can NOT commission me at all if you are under 18. Proof of age may be required.•I will not accept a commission request from an inactive/empty account.•Please provide a visual reference sheet for a commission. If you only have a written description, I will charge extra (price varies on complexity).•Make sure all relevant details regarding your character are present on your ref sheet or in your commission form! If it's not on the ref, it won't be drawn.•You have all rights to your commission for non-commercial use. You cannot sell the products for commercial purposes unless agreed upon with me beforehand. (Commercial use is anything having to do with profiting off of my artwork, publicly or privately)• You may use your commission for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.• In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design. Feel free to change species, gender, etc through your own artistic rendition. Small edits like color shifts to the original art/adopt are allowed.• You may not claim my work as your own or modify my work into a "base".• You have the right to print or create a physical reproduction of the commission as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).•Hiring another artist to edit/line/color/shade/etc my work is fine, just give me credit for the original. (If you did not pay for it or are not present in the commission, do NOT edit or redistribute my work in any way).Process:•You will be receiving a digital piece of artwork. No physical media will be shipped.•A price quote will not be given until I see the character references and a description of the commission idea.•If you want your commission to be delayed in posting (for a birthday for example), please let me know beforehand.•Communications about commissions will take place through FA notes or my contact email [email protected].I will not discuss commissions with a client using instant messenger, public forum, or text.•I may not be available to answer emails/notes on holidays, scheduled days off work, or emergencies.•My commission turnaround time is usually between 4-6 weeks, depending on the requested piece. Please be aware I suffer from a chronic illness that may cause delays, but the client(you) will be updated as necessary.•If you want to commission something within a certain deadline, please let me know. If the deadline is rushed, an additional charge may be applied.•You will receive WIPs(work-in-progress) images throughout the commission process. You may request up to 3 changes/fixes before the lineart is finished, and up to 2 changes for colors/markings. Anything more will cost a fee.•I reserve the right to reject critique or changes if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.•Upon completion, you will receive watermarked and high-resolution files. The high-res file is for personal use only. Only the watermarked/low-res version may be posted.
My signature will remain on both the full resolution and postable versions of the commission.•The commissioner(s) and owners of other characters in the picture may repost the image WITH CREDIT(preferably with an icon, tag, or link back to my page).•Once the final commission files are sent, no further changes will be made.• Files are usually sent via Google drive link, and will only be available from me for a finite time only(usually around 1 year). However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.Payment:•I accept payments through Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo, as well as Ko-fi for cheaper comms.•You do not send me payment until the quote is approved by me beforehand.•I reserve the right to adjust pricing on a requested piece accordingly. This includes but is not limited to: complex character markings or clothing, explicit work, detailed backgrounds, written descriptions, or a rushed deadline.•Refunds: If the commission is canceled before it has yet to be started, I will retain 5% of the original commission payment as a convenience fee. If the commission is canceled after the sketch stage, a 50% refund of the original payment will be issued. All completed commissions are non refundable, no exceptions.•Payment must be made in full within 7 days of requesting before any work is done. Payment plans are available for commissions over $150.• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, PayPal account, and any side accounts the client may have.• Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of character rights(if an adopt)/art made.
